One of the three types of computer and network support services that NERDS provides as a service plan for customers with minimal support and networking needs and those who do not require continual service.
NERDS also provide various types of computer and network support services to business and home customers to keep our customers' computers and networks up and running. No matter if it's computer setup and spyware/virus removal or network troubleshooting or data backup/recovery services, we are here for you. We provide the following 3 types of computer and network support services:
On-Call Service -
As mentioned this is a service plan for customers with minimal support and networking needs and those who do not require continual service. Hence, the on-call support service plan is occasional and will be provided when system problems occur. Additionally, there is no standing agreement or commitment for a specific number of hours. There is a
1/2 hour minimum for each visit. Also,
there is no ongoing support and NERDS does not continually maintain and monitor your systems. With this support service plan, service response time is typically within one business day, is not guaranteed response time.
Retainer Service -
This support service plan is an option for customers who do not need monthly system maintenance but want guaranteed response time. Support hours are purchased in advance for on-call service at discounted rates based on the quantity of hours purchased. Hours may be used at the discretion of the client for immediate problems or for scheduled preventative maintenance. With this service plan, customers are guaranteed four hour response time by phone and one business day on site.
Contract Support -
Our most comprehensive service plan. This type of support provides a set number of hours that are guaranteed per month.
The NERDS Group will carefully and consistently maintain and monitor the customer's systems and network.
Also, NERDS will monitor and maintain your virus and spyware protection.
Furthermore, we guaranteed four hour response time by phone and one business day on site.
Contract clients will receive first priority service with this service support plan.
